All improvements to any home, whether it be paint, siding, new landscaping, additions, roof shingle changes, fencing, and other aesthetics that impact the harmony of the neighborhood are to be addressed by filling out the ACC Form. This must be done prior to any work starting.

Yard of the Month is back! Submissions open March 27 and close April 3 at 8:00 a.m. Email the Board with the property address (self or neighbor) and use “Yard of the Month” as the subject.
